Ozone build custom gear in their own factory in Vietnam — the same one that produces the entire production range. Kites, wings and twintips can all be customised: your colours, logo, lettering, school or company branding. Minimum order is one unit and every model in the range is available. Pricing is quoted individually from your brief or reference image.
The logo is screen-printed onto white sticky-back ripstop, cut out, stuck down and sewn onto the canopy. Suited to mid-sized logos that span several panels. Ozone are upfront about the trade-off: it adds a little weight.
The logo is cut directly into the sail cloth. Backlit it looks the best of the three: light shines through the coloured fabric. Available on any single-surface kite or wing, and on both surfaces of foil kites.
A modern digital process that embeds ink directly into the fibre. Fast, precise and unlimited in colour — ideal for complex graphics and photographic imagery. On very close inspection minor colour bleed can occur.
