Why stay right here
The spot outside your window
The K1 station sits on Sandunes beach. From your room to the water is a couple of minutes on foot, not a drive across Mui Ne.
Gear close at hand
Kites, boards and wetsuits stay at the station. No hauling equipment to your room and back.
Catch the wind on time
Living on the spot means you hit the water the moment it starts blowing — not when you finally arrive.

When to come to Mui Ne
The monsoon decides the weather here, so the month matters more than the exact dates. In short — what each season is good for.
November — March: wind
The north-east monsoon and the main kitesurfing season. Wind almost every day: calm in the morning, building around midday and holding until sunset. Swell runs along the coast at the same time, so surf and wave riding share the season.
November and March: learning
The edges of the season are softer than the peak of December to February. For first lessons that matters more than it sounds: steady moderate wind teaches faster and safer than strong gusts.
April — October: flat water
The monsoon is gone and wind is rare. Kiting becomes a lottery, but the sea is calm: SUP, surf foil, wing foil in a light breeze, or simply swimming. A season for a holiday first and riding when it happens.

Frequently asked questions
How far is it from the room to the kite station?
The K1 station operates right on Sandunes resort beach. It's a few minutes on foot from the rooms and villas to the water, and your gear is stored at the station.
Can I come just to stay, without lessons?
Yes — the “Stay only” package is a room or villa without a course. Equipment rental is still available if you can show you ride independently.
How is the package price calculated?
The stay and the course are added at their own rates, with no mark-up. The room rate depends on the season and dates; the course price is fixed — for example Discovery 100 €, or the full 15-hour course 600 €.
Which room suits two people with gear?
For a couple, Deluxe Garden View (38 m²) or Premier Ocean View (40 m²) are comfortable. If you want more space and privacy, take a 52 m² villa.
When is the best season for kitesurfing in Mui Ne?
The main season runs October to April: steady wind and warm water. In summer the wind is gentler — a good time for relaxed lessons and surfing.
