Do you ship kitesurfing gear internationally?▾
Yes. We ship worldwide with DHL Express, FedEx and UPS, and use Dachser or Kuehne + Nagel for bulky freight. The carrier is chosen for your destination, weight and dimensions — kites, boards and SUPs count as oversized cargo.
How much does delivery cost?▾
Cost depends on weight, dimensions and destination. We calculate it for your specific order and tell you the price before you pay — never after.
How long does shipping take?▾
Within Russia, typically 2–7 working days depending on the region. To Europe and the USA with DHL Express, usually 3–7 working days. Within Vietnam, 1–3 days or same-day pick-up in Mui Ne.
Will I pay customs duties?▾
Import duties may apply depending on your country. We'll warn you in advance and help with the paperwork so there are no surprises on arrival.
How can I pay?▾
By card online (Visa, Mastercard, MIR, SBP) through YooKassa, or by bank transfer against an invoice for companies. Cash is accepted for pick-up at the school.
Can I collect the gear myself?▾
Yes — you can pick up your order at our K1 station in Mui Ne, Vietnam. Message us in advance to confirm the item is in stock and the opening hours.
