Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to rent kite gear in Mui Ne?

Rates depend on the gear and duration (by the hour, day or week) and on whether you take a full kit or single items. Message us with your dates and level and we'll send current prices — the station is at Sandunes beach in Mui Ne.

Can I rent without taking a course?

Independent rental is for riders who can already ride upwind and self-rescue. If you're still learning, we recommend a lesson or a supervised session first — safety comes first. We'll check your level before handing over the gear.

Do I need an IKO card or certificate?

An IKO card or proof of your level helps, but isn't strictly required — we do a short check of your riding before independent rental. Beginners are welcome to rent with an instructor.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, a refundable deposit covers the rented equipment and is returned when you bring the gear back undamaged. The amount depends on the kit — we'll confirm when you book.

Do you store gear and offer station services?

Yes. Our Sandunes station offers gear storage, a compressor and beach-boy help with launching and landing. Ask us about storage and season packages.
