Ozone Flow V2 Wing

The Flow V2 sits in the middle of Ozone's wing range, which the maker lays out explicitly: Fly → Flow → Flux V2 → Flux V2 Ultra-X. That middle is where most riders actually want to be — calm enough to learn on, capable enough that you won't outgrow it in a season.

The biggest change in the second version is a rigid high-grade carbon boom with injection-moulded components engineered for zero play. You feel it immediately: under load the wing answers your hands at once, without the vague lag familiar from soft handles.

Sail tension has been retuned — tight at the front, soft along the trailing edge. That makes the Flow V2 the easiest wing in the range for tacks, gybes and flagging out in waves: it goes quiet in your hand instead of fighting you. The profile was reworked at both ends of the range, so pumping onto the board is easier and gusts tire your arms less.

One piece of engineering deserves singling out. Sizes up to 3.6 m have thinner tips so they can breathe and dump excess pressure in strong wind. Sizes from 4.3 m up have thicker tips to stabilise the canopy and sharpen handling. The same wing is tuned differently for different conditions rather than simply scaled.

The canopy is hybrid — a mix of Teijin 5×5 and 3×3 ripstop — so the shape lasts longer. Against trailing-edge flap there are four to six reinforced batten pockets depending on size, plus a stiffer leading edge handle for quiet, controlled drifting.

Suitable for every level. You can get up on a board on your first day with a Flow V2 and still be riding the same wing in waves and freestyle later.
