Kite control bars — the part of your setup you hold for every second of a session, so it is worth getting right. We stock four-line and five-line systems from Ozone, Flysurfer, F-One, CrazyFly and Harlem, with adjustable bar length, trim systems and quick releases you can find without looking. Bar width should match your kite size: too narrow and the kite feels sluggish, too wide and it turns faster than you want. Tell us which kites you fly and we will match the bar and line length. Does bar width matter?▾
Yes. Bar width should match kite size: too narrow and a big kite feels sluggish, too wide and a small kite turns faster than you want. Most riders use one adjustable bar across their quiver.
Can I use any bar with any kite?▾
Not safely. Line count, line length and the safety system have to match the kite. Tell us which kites you fly and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
Do you ship control bars internationally?▾
Yes. We ship worldwide with DHL Express, FedEx and UPS, and use freight forwarders for oversized items like boards and SUPs. The carrier is chosen for your destination, weight and dimensions.
Is this original gear with a warranty?▾
K1 is an official dealer for Ozone, CrazyFly, F-One, Flysurfer, Naish, Airush and Eleveight. Everything else in our catalogue is genuine gear supplied with the manufacturer's warranty. We are also a kite school — our instructors ride this gear themselves.
