Description
Bar spares are not about saving money, they are about safety. A worn line, a chewed cleat or a seized release fails exactly when you need it, and replacing them is cheaper and saner than hoping.
The release bungees with the tool to fit them. Bungee is a consumable: once it perishes the loop stops returning to position.
This is part of the safety system. A release has to work in one movement and blind — under load, in the water, with the kite pulling. A worn or mismatched part here means the release will not be there when you need it.
Who it isn't for. Compatibility is strictly by model and generation: Ride, Team and Magnum parts do not interchange, and neither do versions. If in doubt, check against your own bar before ordering, not after.
