Description
The Roam is built for light wind, hydrofoiling and surf. Three struts, minimal weight and long drift: it stays in the air where others have already folded.
The airframe is built from ALUULA — a composite Ocean Rodeo developed with ALUULA Composites. At half the weight it is twice as strong in tension as Dacron. On the water that is not a brochure line: a frame that light keeps the canopy flying from around eight knots, where a conventional kite has already dropped, and a stiffer material stops the profile flexing in a gust, so the bar gives clean feedback.
If you foil or chase waves in light wind, this is the specialist tool. The canopy answers the smallest input and does not pull you off your line while you work the board.
