Hubboards Dubb Edition PE Deluxe Bodyboard

Dubb Edition is Dave Hubbard's line, and the clearest difference from his brother's shape is at the rail: 60/40 instead of 55/45. The edge sits deeper in the water, so the board grips harder on the face and is less inclined to slide. The whole feel is more composed. The core is PE — soft, flexible and forgiving. Double EXT stringers hold stiffness along the length. An 8lb PE deck, HDPE slick and graduated channels underneath, which cut cleanly and stop the board wandering at speed. The Dubb Tail carries a tail piece: a reinforced block at the most vulnerable point on any bodyboard, where boards meet sandbars in heavy shorebreak. If you're torn between Hubb and Dubb: Hubb is looser and more playful, Dubb is grippier and more settled. In powerful shorebreak most riders get on better with the Dubb.
