Hubboards Houston PP Pro Bodyboard

The quickest of the standard Houston boards. Jared's narrow, straight outline on stiff Kinetic 1.9 polypropylene — a combination aimed squarely at speed down the line and accuracy in the pocket. Depending on size the board carries one or two CFT stringers: short boards are stiff enough on their own, longer ones need the second carbon tube. The 2026 model runs a flat deck rather than a contour line — Jared moved away from it in favour of a freer hand position. A Surlyn slick holds its shape better than HDPE and glides faster. Mesh between core and slick stops the deck creasing under knees. Slick bulbs, channels, crescent tail, 55/45 rails. Warm water and a confident rider. We don't put these in the rental fleet — they ask for technique.
