Description
The tenth Razor is a five-line freestyle and big air blend. The maker says its unhooked performance goes beyond what you'd expect from a purist C-kite, which is an accurate statement of the brief: take C-kite precision without losing versatility.
The fifth line isn't a detail, it's the architecture. It holds the leading edge under load, gives water relaunch on an unhooked kite, and produces slack — the line slack at the moment of a trick, without which a handle pass isn't possible.
Bridles adjust separately for freestyle and wakestyle.
Who it isn't for. Freeriders and beginners: a five-line setup is more complex to handle and fussier to tune. Waves need drift, which a freestyle kite doesn't have. And the bar must be five-line — a four-line bar will not work.
