Description
The ORIGIN keeps the ease and comfort of F-One's original wings while including the innovations the brand has developed since. It is a comfortable, light, forgiving and accessible all-round wing that feels effortless to ride.
Low end. F-One calls it an absolute dream in the low end: take-offs come with minimal pumping and just enough speed to get going. Beginners and experts both benefit.
New in this version. The strap positions have been optimised so one boom fits several sizes and models across the range. A 6.0 m² size has been added. Note that F-One sells its wings without handles — you choose a boom or handles separately.
Sizes and wind. 2.0 m² 35+ knots, 2.5 30+, 3.0 28–35, 3.5 25–33, 4.0 22–30, 4.5 18–28, 5.0 14–25, 5.5 12–22, 6.0 10–20. Span 1.95 m to 3.41 m, weight 1.46 kg to 2.58 kg.
Who it is not for. Performance riders who want the sharpest speed and upwind will prefer the STRIKE; wave riders, the SWING.
Getting started. Remember to add a boom or handles to the order. A 70–85 kg rider usually starts on a 5.0; ask us for your size.
