Ozone Flux V2 Wing

The Flux V2 is Ozone's high-speed freeride wing, one step above the easygoing Flow and one below the supercharged Flux V2 Ultra-X. The range is laid out plainly — Fly → Flow → Flux V2 → Flux V2 Ultra-X — and the Flux V2's part of it is speed and sharp upwind angles.

Its refined high aspect ratio shape adds at both ends of the range: more low-end power and more top-end control. The airframe is tough Teijin Triple Ripstop dacron, stiffer than the V1's. That stiffness is what you feel: the wing is noticeably more composed, charges upwind more smoothly, comes through tacks and gybes cleaner and holds technical moves with more confidence.

Two years of refinement since the Flux V1 went into shaping and tension. The seam layout holds tension both chordwise and lengthwise; the trailing edge is taut and anti-flap battens keep it quiet. At speed that is exactly what turns a fight into control.

The handles are EVA-covered carbon, borrowed from the Flow, with ergonomic grip bumps. The front handle is extended, so the wing is easy to hold one-handed — which is what opens up expressive carving and free-flowing movement. The leading edge handle is stiffer for better control when flagged out, and a larger, repositioned window makes it easier to see who's around you.

Best suited to riders who already ride confidently and want speed, sharp upwind angles and clean transitions. For a first wing, look at the Fly or the Flow instead.
