Same Hubbard geometry, different engine. The Kinetic 1.9 polypropylene core makes the board lighter and noticeably stiffer, and you feel it the first time you drop in: where PE breathes and softens, PP holds its line and fires down the face. Polypropylene wants warm water. In cold conditions it becomes unhelpfully rigid, so this is the version for Hawaii, Indonesia, the Canaries and Southeast Asia rather than a Scottish winter. Double EXT stringers, 8lb PE deck with contour line, nose bulbs, graduated channels and an HDPE slick. The crescent tail is the predictable option: it holds through a turn and doesn't let the tail slide out before you ask it to. Rails 55/45. This is a board for riders already comfortable driving down the line who want more speed and more projection off the lip. If you're still learning to read a wave, the PE version will treat you better.
