Description
HIPE is GONG's inflatable board range for wing foiling and SUP foiling. An inflatable solves two problems a rigid board can't: it fits in airline luggage, and it shrugs off hitting a reef or a boat. The old price for that was flex — but Woven Dropstitch construction with a composite plate has closed most of that gap.
The HIPE Freefly is the best of strapless on an inflatable foil board. Freeflying means letting the wing go and riding on the energy of the swell or your own pumping, so the board has to carry itself without pull.
Said plainly so nobody is disappointed: this is not a beginner's board. It's designed for riders who already handle wing and foil smoothly and want to drop the straps for freedom of movement.
