Description
The Switch is the longest-running board model in kiteboarding history — the maker's own claim, not a slogan. It has one brief: comfortable freeriding. Not pop, not stiffness, but making several hours on the water pleasant.
A step-down rail is a cut along the edge that makes the working rail thinner than the rest of the board. A thinner rail bites more precisely, so the board holds an edge with less effort. Over a long freeride session that's energy saved.
The Multizone Biotech core varies stiffness by zone rather than running the same across the board: firmer underfoot, softer toward the tips.
The maker aims it at progressing riders and anyone who values comfort.
Who it isn't for. Freestyle and big air aren't its job. Park riding wants a reinforced edge. And the Switch isn't built around boots.
