Description
The Switch is the longest-running board model in kiteboarding history — the maker's own claim, not a slogan. It has one brief: comfortable freeriding. Not pop, not stiffness, but making several hours on the water pleasant.
Flexible tips absorb chop, so the board doesn't hammer your legs on broken water. Soft tips have a downside, though: they over-bend under load and lose their shape. Cross Bracing is exactly what limits that — it supports the tips against over-flexing and extends the board's life.
The three-dimensional deck contour sets the flex pattern: the board is lively underfoot rather than merely soft.
Who it isn't for. Big air and freestyle want a stiff board — the Apex or Livewire. A heavy, aggressive rider will find a soft board lifeless. And this is a previous generation: we confirm availability before payment.
