Airush Livewire Team v8 Kiteboard

The Livewire Team is a competition freestyle board. It carries the highest rocker in the Airush range: that softens the entry on landing off a trick and lets you load the edge harder than a flat board allows.

The bottom combines a deep channel with concave, and the deck is a three-dimensional shape. All of it does one job — keeping the board under your foot while you're unhooked and loading it with your whole weight.

Carbon Triax is a carbon layup in three directions. It gives torsional stiffness and energy return: the board doesn't swallow your load, it gives it back as pop.

The maker states it plainly: this board is built for boots.

Who it isn't for. In straps the high rocker and stiffness work against you — take an Apex. A beginner gets nothing from it but bruises. And it's too stiff for a light rider, who has nothing to load it with.
