Description
The FreeWing LIFE is the most accessible wing in the range and a sensible first wing.
The logic is simple: while you are learning, the wing takes the most punishment — dropped on sand, dragged over ground, meeting shells and stones. Paying for race materials at that stage buys you nothing you can feel, while the damage you will certainly feel.
Sizes 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5 m² — one-metre steps, enough to cover the working wind range without owning six wings.
Move up to the AIR V5 when you are riding upwind, starting to jump and running into the softness of the wing at the top end.
