Description
Hands go cold first and stop working first: fingers that won't bend can't hold a bar or clip a leash. A glove fixes that at the cost of feel — the trade-off is unavoidable, and choosing thickness is choosing where to sit on it.
Three millimetres plus the Dry Seal cuff, which seals at the wrist so each stroke doesn't flush cold water through. It's still water that keeps you warm, not the neoprene itself.
Who it isn't for. In genuinely cold water a mitten beats a glove: fingers together stay far warmer. Fine motor work is still worse than bare-handed. And size to your hand — a loose glove floods and stops working.
