Description
More boards get broken travelling on a car than in the water. Two causes: the board isn't cinched down and slides on the roof, and it sits on bare metal. Pads and straps deal with both.
Rap Rax wraps the crossbar and gives a padded bed with the strap built in: pad and tie-down in one item. Fewer parts, fewer things to leave at home.
Who it isn't for. It needs factory bars — a bare roof calls for Quick Rax. And a big quiver outgrows it: the stack it holds is limited.
