A rack solves the mundane problem you only notice once: a board leaning on a wall falls over, scuffs on the skirting and dents its tail under its own weight. On a rack it rests on padded supports and never touches the floor.

A display rack keeps the board in sight: furniture at home, shop window in a school. A hidden mount takes the brackets out of view so the board appears to float.

Who it isn't for. The fixings assume a solid wall — plasterboard without a batten won't hold this load. And a living room is the wrong place for a wet board and wetsuit; those dry outside.
