Description
More boards get broken travelling on a car than in the water. Two causes: the board isn't cinched down and slides on the roof, and it sits on bare metal. Pads and straps deal with both.
Quick Rax fits a car with no factory bars: the straps run through the door openings and the roof is ready in a minute. For a hire car or a one-off trip it's the only sensible option — buying a full rack for a week makes no sense.
Who it isn't for. Not for daily use: straps through the doors buzz and let water in when it rains. And it won't fit frameless-door cars at all.
