Description

A small pad for the nose of the board that solves one specific problem: your hand slips. A wet deck is slick, and at the moment a wave hits, the grip has to be absolute. The pad gives your fingers a textured stop, so you hold the board the same way every time without adjusting and without losing a fraction of a second. It's most noticeable on the take-off and going into a barrel, when one hand is on the nose and the other on the rail. It sticks to a clean, dry deck and lasts a season or more. An inexpensive upgrade that changes how in-control the board feels. Often the first thing riders add to a new board.
