Description
The Elips is GONG's wave kite, an event winner in Dakhla: magical drift, high aspect ratio, square tips for pivoting in the pocket.
The Aramid build puts the leading edge and struts in UPE aramid at around 85 g/m² — half the weight of dacron. On a wave kite that matters more than anywhere: a lighter frame drifts better, needing less airflow to stay up, so it doesn't fall out of the sky during the seconds your lines go slack.
