Description
Seven millimetres is the everyday standard: strength margin for daily use without noticeable drag.
The materials come from an adjacent industry: webbing and cords at automotive seatbelt grade. The logic is simple — something engineered to hold a person in a crash will survive a board yanking on it.
The cuff. Recycled PET webbing with a sublimated black camo print. Inside, soft neoprene: the cuff rubs a bare ankle all session, and without lining that ends in raw skin. A silicon printed grip stops the leash sliding around your ankle.
The labels are custom-moulded micro-injection silicon — they don't peel the way printed ones do.
Who it isn't for. Big waves want a thicker leash, ideally with a release. Size by board: roughly its length or slightly more.
