WHY NOT — Wakeboard Bindings, Jerseys and Spare Straps

WHY NOT Wakeboard is a small Thai brand with a deliberately narrow scope: wakeboard boots. No boards, no ropes, no vests — bindings, the jerseys that come with them, and replacement straps. They manufacture in-house, so models change when riders break something and it gets fixed in the next production run, not when a marketing calendar says so.

Four models carry the range. Let's Start is the rental boot: open toe, two size runs only — one pair covers a 23–26 cm foot, the other 26–30 cm. It is what cable parks buy, where bindings get swapped forty times a day. The other three are closed pro models built with named riders: Spanish Mafia (stiff, for kickers and rails), Savin Kirill (medium flex, low profile, lower lace system) and Zoe Roffi (softest of the three, narrow last, sizing from XS at a 20,5 cm foot — women, juniors and kids).

Shared construction: leather-look PVC or microfibre outer, Sandwich Mesh liner backed with Lycra and SBR, EVA J-Bars with orthopedic memory at the ankle, anatomical footbed, stainless steel hooks and loops, and TPU straps that do not stretch. The heel is stitched from the inside with the external seam removed — the exact spot where cheap bindings fail first. Bonded thread, an extra zinc alloy mounting plate, threadlocker in the box.

Pro models ship with a jersey matched to the binding size and a sticker pack; the rental model ships with six spare straps. Warranty is two months on material wear and a year on the main connections — base to boot, hardware, strap hooks.

Two ways to get a pair: pick-up at the K1 station in Mui Ne, or direct shipping from the manufacturer — CDEK across Russia and the CIS, with time and cost quoted per order elsewhere. Pick your size by foot length in centimetres — each model has its own chart, and guessing from your usual EU number goes wrong here.
