VAYU FLY CARBON Foilboard

The FLY CARBON is the FLY shape in full carbon. Nothing about the geometry changes: the same scoop rocker for early take-off, clean flat bottom, wide flat tail, sharp trailing edge, concave deck and block rails. What changes is the response — carbon puts your input into the foil without the delay a softer layup adds.

The size range is shorter than the standard FLY: 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 110 litres, 4'7" to 5'6". The extremes — the 40 L and the big 130 and 145 L school sizes — stay in the hybrid build, which makes sense: nobody buys full carbon for their first sessions.

Foil boxes get their own carbon reinforcement on top of the layup, since that's where jump loads concentrate. EVA deckpad and leash plug included.

Who it isn't for. Beginners: a stiff board is less forgiving and costs meaningfully more than the hybrid FLY in the same shape. Riders who travel hard and set boards down anywhere — carbon dings more readily. And anyone needing more than 110 or less than 50 litres, which the carbon range doesn't cover.
