Description
Flame Thermo is a rash vest with fleece added inside. The difference from a plain rash vest is fundamental: that one handles sun and chafe but adds no warmth, while fleece holds a thin layer of warm water against the skin.
The main use is under a wetsuit on days when a full winter suit is too much but a summer suit leaves you shivering after an hour. It adds warmth without adding bulk.
Who it isn't for. Not enough for winter, where neoprene thickness does the work. It may not fit under a tight suit — count it as an extra millimetre. And in the tropics it's redundant.
