Description
A stretch cover handles sand, sun, dust and the accidental scrape — not impact. Thick polyester pulls on like a sock and doesn't flap.
For a longboard that makes particular sense: a rigid cover for a long board is bulky and expensive, while day-to-day scratches and UV are handled by a thick sock. The nose gets its own panel, because that's the end that finds obstacles. The tail draws closed so the cover doesn't slide off while you carry it.
Who it isn't for. Not for flying — there's no impact protection at all. It won't keep rain off. And take the fin out: stretch fabric stretches and tears over it.
