Description
COR_X is Ocean & Earth's everyday cover line: no pretence at being a hard case, but everything that actually protects a board on the way to the beach. Light water-repellent nylon, heavy-duty zips, and a separate nose panel in armour_x weave — because that's where most damage lands.
A day cover is built for the drive to the beach and back, not for a flight: the foam here is 5 mm. Enough to stop the board picking up scratches in the boot or a ding on a doorframe, not enough for a baggage belt.
Cut for one fish — a short, wide board. The water-repellent nylon does a second job as well: it reflects sun, so the board doesn't cook in a parked car.
Who it isn't for. Flying — take an APEX, or at minimum the 10 mm travel COR_X; a board won't survive the hold in a day bag. Shortboards and longboards need their own lengths. And a second board won't fit.
