Ocean & Earth COR_X Fish/Short Travel Cover - 2 Board Bag

COR_X is Ocean & Earth's everyday cover line: no pretence at being a hard case, but everything that actually protects a board on the way to the beach. Light water-repellent nylon, heavy-duty zips, and a separate nose panel in armour_x weave — because that's where most damage lands.

The travel version differs from the day cover in foam: 10 mm instead of 5. That's the line where a cover stops being scratch protection and starts absorbing impact — baggage belts, loaders, someone's suitcase on top.

It takes two fish or shortboards up to 130 mm of combined height. That's the manufacturer's figure and worth checking against your own boards before ordering: two thick funboards won't make it.

Who it isn't for. Single-board travellers — it rides half empty, and empty space works against the board in transit. Wrong length for a longboard. And if you want maximum protection, this is the sensible middle of the range; the top is APEX with its structural shell.
