A neoprene top for warm water. The logic is simple: your legs stay warm through movement, while the chest and shoulders, pressed against the board, get cold. A 2/1 mm top covers exactly that zone. The neoprene is Super Fine Stretch on a limestone base, free of petroleum. It stretches considerably more than standard neoprene and doesn't bind the shoulders on the paddle — in bodyboarding, where paddling is everything, that's the deciding factor. There's no zip: it pulls on over the head. Fewer components means less to rub and less to fail. A drawstring at the waist stops it riding up on a wave. Smoothie-lined neck, and the neck and wrist openings are fuse-cut rather than hemmed, so nothing chafes. For tropical destinations this is the sensible option for dawn sessions, when the water is warm but the wind isn't.
