Description
The ROCKET WING is designed specifically for wing foiling, and F-One calls it the perfect choice for the sport: durable, user-friendly and very intuitive.
On the water. Good side-to-side stability, a smooth transition into flight and efficient pumping. In flight the hull angle gives optimised pitch balance; at low speed the board is stable and doesn't nosedive or stop abruptly on touchdowns. Improved acceleration makes planing starts and take-offs easy.
More volume per length. The new boards pack more volume for the same length, so you can ride a shorter board for your volume.
Sizes. 4'4 (47 L, 5.0 kg), 4'6 (52 L), 4'8 (58 L), 5'0 (70 L), 5'3 (85 L), 5'5 (100 L), 5'10 (115 L), 6'2 (140 L, 8.9 kg). All have strap inserts; 5'0 and up have handles. F-One notes that 5'3 and bigger are not designed for jumping.
Who it is not for. Wave-focused riders will prefer the longer, narrower ROCKET WING-S; light-wind riders, the MIDLENGTH. Complete beginners often start on an inflatable ROCKET AIR.
Size. Beginners usually ride volume above body weight; experienced riders much less. Tell us your weight and level.
