Description
A sock for surfers who want protection and breathability at once. Double-constructed breathable mesh lets moisture out: a board put away damp in a sealed bag goes mouldy and smells within days in the tropics.
The nose is reinforced with PET nylon — the most vulnerable part of a board in transport and the first place any sock wears through.
The opening rolls up and clips shut. That beats elastic: you adjust the fit to the board and the sock stays put in transit.
Who it isn't for. No impact protection — you can't fly with it, that needs a travel bag. Mesh won't stop sun either: it breathes, it doesn't reflect.
